Job Description

We are seeking skilled Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operators and Tenders to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operating industrial machinery and a strong commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment performance and adjust controls to ensure optimal conditions for materials being processed.
• Document daily production logs and any maintenance performed on equipment.
• Identify and rectify malfunctions in machinery quickly and effectively.
• Maintain compliance with environmental and workplace safety regulations.
• Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and safety measures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding process improvements and safety concerns.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in relevant field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
