Mold Swabber

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mold Swabber to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining molds used in the production of plastic products. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment are key to succeeding in this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and inspection of molds according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Report any damages or wear in molds to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Stay updated on safety protocols and participate in safety drills.
• Utilize proper personal protective equipment (PPE) while working.
• Provide support for mold setup and preparation for production runs.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss workflow improvements and challenges.
• Contribute to a positive work culture by collaborating with colleagues.
• Assist in training new employees on mold maintenance procedures.
