Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor in Cape Town, you'll be at the heart of our operations. You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflows, managing inventory levels, and leading a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
• Ensure the correct loading and unloading of goods, and that they are stored properly.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels, order discrepancies, and supply chain issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Act as a point of contact for resolving any warehouse-related issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Time Management

Certifications

• Logistics Management Certification
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
