Responsibilities

• Perform thorough clinical assessments and document findings.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare staff and specialists.
• Offer emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
• Stay current with nursing best practices and attend continuing education sessions.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and modify care plans as necessary.
• Contribute to patient discharge planning and follow-up care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current registration with the South African Nursing Council is essential

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting preferred
