As a Nurse Practitioner in Johannesburg, you will provide holistic healthcare to patients, conducting assessments and implementing healthcare plans tailored to individual needs. Your role is vital in ensuring patient satisfaction and improving health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient conditions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies.
• Engage with families in planning care.
• Work closely with the healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and modify as necessary.
• Manage patient referrals to specialists.
• Document patient interactions in line with practice protocols.
• Participate in patient education efforts.
• Conduct health screenings and assessments.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• SANC registration required

Experience

• 3-5 years of clinical experience

• CPR Certification
