Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic E-commerce Manager to oversee our online retail operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online sales, optimizing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring top-notch customer service across our platforms. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of e-commerce trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing techniques to effectively manage our brand's online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of e-commerce marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer data and market conditions to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee user experience improvements on the e-commerce platform.
  • Develop strong partnerships with suppliers and logistics providers.
  • Implement SEO and PPC strategies to enhance online presence.
  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance website usability and increase conversion.
  • Provide regular performance reports to upper management.
  • Manage the overall budget for e-commerce initiatives.
  • Identify new e-commerce technologies to improve efficiency.
  • Train and develop team members to optimize performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in an e-commerce role or digital marketing position
