Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Customer Care Solutions, you will lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met and to facilitate ongoing communication and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Gather insights on customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Implement best practices to enhance customer experience.
  • Support cross-functional teams to enhance product and service offerings.
  • Develop success stories to share with potential clients.
  • Help resolve escalated customer issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field
  • Advanced degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management
