Top Design Ltd. is looking for a talented Architect to join our Johannesburg office. In this position, you will collaborate with other team members to conceptualize and execute architectural designs that suit our clients’ needs. A keen eye for detail and awareness of current trends in architecture is a must as you facilitate project success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in the delivery of architectural projects.
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Liaise with zoning and planning departments to gain necessary approvals.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and reports.
• Monitor project progress and ensure design quality and standards are met.
• Develop environmental and sustainability strategies within architectural plans.
• Participate in professional organizations to enhance personal and firm visibility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferable

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design

• AutoCAD
• Revit

Certifications

• Professional Registration as an Architect (SACAP)
