Responsibilities

• Develop proposals for mechanical engineering projects.
• Implement innovative solutions to engineering problems.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements.
• Facilitate project meetings to maintain clear communication.
• Conduct training sessions for engineering staff.
• Manage project budgets and timelines.
• Review and approve design specifications.
• Support the testing of new products and technologies.
• Collaborate with R&D to innovate new processes.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality assurance protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Certifications
