Job Description

Are you passionate about travel? We are looking for a Travel Consultant in Pretoria to assist clients in crafting their perfect vacations. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities, ensuring each client has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the travel booking process from start to finish.
  • Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best rates.
  • Provide support and advice during travel disruptions.
  • Utilize travel software to manage bookings efficiently.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in travel consultancy
Technical Skills
  • Travel planning tools
  • Negotiation skills

  • Problem-solving
Certifications
  • IATA certification preferred
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Zulu: Conversational
