Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative concepts for events.
  • Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers and venues.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
  • Conduct site visits to venues and coordinate logistics.
  • Produce event materials, including invitations and signage.
  • Manage guest lists and RSVP processes.
  • Track event expenses and prepare final reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance event offerings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Assist in marketing and promoting events to attract attendees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning with a proven record of successful events
