Retail Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Manager to lead our store in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will oversee the entire retail operations, manage staff, and implement effective sales strategies to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct all store operations, establishing customer satisfaction as a priority.
• Manage staffing levels based on store traffic and sales trends.
• Execute weekly and monthly sales initiatives in coordination with corporate guidelines.
• Conduct routine assessments of existing processes and implement improvements.
• Facilitate effective communication between departments.
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting to drive profitability.
• Represent the company at community events and engage with local stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Relevant qualifications in Retail Management are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the retail sector, with at least 2 years in a management role
