We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to provide top-notch technical support to our clients and internal teams in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate should be passionate about problem-solving and customer service, with a knack for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining user satisfaction and enhancing service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve technical issues through effective troubleshooting.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles for end-users.
  • Track and report common issues for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and prompt responses to all inquiries.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT certification (A+, N+ or equivalent)
  • Diploma in Information Technology is preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support role
