Responsibilities
Respond promptly to support tickets and inquiries.

Assist with hardware repairs and maintenance.

Support users with software installations and updates.
Maintain effective communication with users regarding pending issues.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in IT or Computer Science
Bachelor's degree in IT preferred
