Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Reconciliation Clerk to manage our daily bookkeeping tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling accounts, managing records, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial discrepancies and respond promptly.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of all financial operations.
  • Provide support during quarterly and annual audits.
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets for financial tracking.
  • Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping
  • Bachelor's in Finance or related field would be advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
