Job Description

As a Shoe and Leather Worker, you'll play a crucial role in cutting, shaping, and assembling leather materials to create high-quality shoes. We're looking for skilled artisans who are passionate about their craft and can collaborate effectively with designers and production teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with designers to achieve design goals.
  • Adhere to company standards while performing cutting and shaping tasks.
  • Inspect materials for defects before use and address quality issues.
  • Assist in training new team members in cutting techniques.
  • Monitor stock levels of cutting materials and notify management of shortages.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Relevant certification in shoe design or manufacturing is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of practical experience with shoe production
Technical Skills
  • Industrial Cutting Tools Experience
  • Knowledge of Safety Regulations

Certifications

Languages
