Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models to support analytical processes.
• Collaborate with product teams to analyze user behavior and preferences.
• Drive the analytics agenda and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts within the team.
• Conduct A/B testing and interpret the results to inform product developments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience within a data-intensive role

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate
