• Work with stakeholders to identify key metrics and KPIs.

• Mentor junior data analysts and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
• Design interactive dashboards to present data insights.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate potential changes in business processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Master's degree is considered an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in a data-driven role with expertise in machine learning techniques
