Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant educational team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support student learning and foster a positive classroom experience. This role is critical in helping to develop and implement engaging instructional materials and activities. Responsibilities

• Provide support in lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Assist in developing and adapting learning resources tailored to individual student needs.
• Foster positive relationships with students to promote confidence and participation.
• Assist with classroom setup and clean-up before and after lessons.
• Help implement educational plans designed by the lead teacher.
• Monitor student behavior and report any issues to the lead teacher.
• Help engage parents and guardians in their child's education.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to curriculum discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
• Postgraduate studies in Education are a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a teaching environment
