Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to manage the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare administration and be committed to improving patient care delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation in the healthcare facility.
  • Develop systems to streamline operations and reduce administrative burden.
  • Implement best practices for patient interaction and relationship management.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives to improve community engagement.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for quality assurance and performance metrics.
  • Assess operational challenges and propose effective solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services or Business Administration
  • Relevant healthcare certifications are beneficial
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in administration
