We are searching for a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee and maintain equipment in our facilities in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and preventative maintenance protocols, ensuring that our equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair mechanical systems and components.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs.
• Monitor performance metrics to enhance maintenance strategies.
• Document service reports and progress updates.
• Utilize maintenance management software for tracking work orders.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant trade certificate is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in maintenance or repair environments
