Job Description

We are seeking a Curriculum Developer who is passionate about designing and implementing innovative educational programs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to develop curricula that meet the needs of our diverse student population, ensuring they are engaging, relevant, and aligned with educational standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain curriculum documentation and resource materials.
• Ensure alignment of curricula with national education policies and frameworks.
• Lead collaborative curriculum review sessions with faculty.
• Incorporate feedback from students, parents, and teachers into curriculum updates.
• Research and apply best practices in curriculum design and assessment.
• Advise on educational technology integration to strengthen teaching methods.
• Participate in educational conferences to stay updated on trends and innovations.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in educational programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline
• Master's degree in Education is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in curriculum innovation

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
