Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Johannesburg office. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from strategy development to execution.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and monitor morale.
  • Ensure accurate and secure maintenance of employee records.
  • Assist in developing training and development initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns and provide solutions as necessary.
  • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
  • Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with management on HR strategy and implementation.
  • Support compliance audits and reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field
  • Masters in HR or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience with management experience preferred
