Responsibilities

  • Manage helpdesk inquiries and ensure accurate ticket tracking.
  • Diagnose and repair hardware malfunctions in a timely manner.
  • Assist with backup and recovery processes to protect data.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Support remote users with IT-related issues.
  • Participate in IT projects as required to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant IT certifications are preferred
Experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in IT support or related fields
