• Deliver high-quality skincare treatments, including facials and waxing.
• Advise clients on treatments and products according to skin type.
• Manage appointments and maintain a well-organized schedule.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Promote and sell beauty products to clients.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and maintain certifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Assist in training junior aestheticians and support staff.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Aesthetic Therapy or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a beauty therapy setting

Technical Skills

• Facial treatments
• Body treatments

Certifications

• CIDESCO Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous

• Certification in Aromatherapy: Knowledge of aromatherapy techniques for enhancing treatments.
