Job Description

We are seeking a Client Account Director to lead our client relationship strategies in Pretoria. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing key accounts, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end client relationship, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
• Identify clients’ long-term goals and align them with company services for maximum impact.
• Conduct financial analysis to ensure account profitability and growth.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to facilitate project execution.
• Foster an environment of collaboration and innovation within the account management team.
• Utilize CRM software to monitor client progress and maintain accurate records.
• Provide insights for improving service delivery based on client feedback and expectations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
• Master's degree in Business Management is advantageous

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in account management or a similar role, ideally in technology or services sectors
