Healthcare Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to oversee and manage the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have outstanding organizational skills and a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices. You will work closely with healthcare providers to ensure excellent patient care while maintaining compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer budget and resource allocation across departments to maintain operational efficiency.
• Develop relationships with community health organizations and stakeholders.
• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a strong focus on patient satisfaction.
• Evaluate and implement healthcare technology solutions to improve the efficiency of administrative processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or a related field
• MBA or equivalent is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in an administrative role
