Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of research studies.
• Interpret and communicate research results to both scientific and lay audiences.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the research department.
• Develop partnerships with other research institutions and organizations.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure research safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct literature reviews to inform research direction and hypotheses.
• Assist in the development of new educational materials based on research findings.
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities for research projects.
• Facilitate discussions and brainstorming sessions to generate new research ideas.
• Support administrative tasks related to research project management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science or related field
• Advanced degrees are an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a research role
