Responsibilities

• Develop individualized care plans for patients.
• Stay updated with the latest dental practices and technologies.
• Perform minor oral surgeries and complex extractions.
• Ensure patient comfort throughout dental procedures.
• Handle any patient complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
• Specialization in Oral Surgery or Orthodontics is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Endodontics
• Periodontics

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Stress Management

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Sedation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to work with anxious patients: Skilled in managing patients with dental anxiety for better treatment experiences.
• Fluent in another language, preferably Afrikaans or Zulu: Ability to communicate effectively with a wider range of patients.
