We are seeking a highly skilled Tracer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracing and locating individuals or assets for various purposes. This role requires excellent investigative skills and the ability to analyze data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic investigations to locate debtors.
• Gather and analyze information from diverse sources to trace individuals.
• Provide regular reporting to the Collections Manager on investigation outcomes.
• Collaborate with legal teams for documentation and procedural adherence.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all tracing activities.

• Bilingual skills in English and Afrikaans: Ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Valid driver's license: Must have a valid driver's license for field investigations.
