The ideal candidate will be adept at managing security incidents, conducting risk assessments, and staying ahead of emerging threats. Responsibilities

• Lead security incident investigations and remediations.
• Implement vulnerability scanning tools and methodologies.
• Assess and enhance network security measures.
• Develop and maintain security documentation and protocols.
• Advise management on security trends and risks.
• Review and enhance user access controls.
• Work on compliance frameworks (ISO, GDPR) and related initiatives.
• Support IT in maintaining and securing cloud environments.
• Implement automated security monitoring solutions.
• Participate in security architecture reviews for new projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent is advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a relevant cybersecurity position

Technical Skills

• Firewalls and VPNs
• Vulnerability Management

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Team Player

Certifications

• CompTIA Security+
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certifications in offensive security: Certifications such as OSCP or similar are preferred.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices: Knowledge of integrating security within the DevOps processes.
