Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Account Manager, where you'll manage client accounts and foster strong relationships. You'll work closely with clients to define their needs, develop tailored strategies, and ensure their satisfaction with our services. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to solving client challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Analyze client feedback to continually improve service delivery.
  • Plan and execute account strategies to ensure clients achieve their goals.
  • Work closely with creative and marketing teams to align strategies with client objectives.
  • Host client meetings to discuss project progress and future opportunities.
  • Ensure all contracts and agreements are upheld and meet industry standards.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client-oriented roles
