Learning and Development Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design and implement training initiatives that enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing training materials, conducting workshops, and assessing training needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to determine training needs within the organization.
• Create reports on training outcomes and recommend future training strategies.
• Coordinate with HR to develop succession planning initiatives.
• Promote the benefits of training and development to management and staff.
• Engage employees in the learning process through feedback and mentoring.
• Support a diverse workforce by ensuring training accessibility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate training and development roles
