HVAC Commercial Salesperson

Job Description

An established HVAC company is seeking a Commercial Salesperson with experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market trends in the commercial HVAC industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and contractors.
• Collaborate with the Field Engineer and Project Manager to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids to clients.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of successful HVAC sales experience in the commercial sector

Technical Skills

• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems
• CRM software proficiency

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

Certifications

• Industry certifications such as NATE or ASHRAE

Languages

• English: Fluent
