Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients.

  • Document patient care activities and progress accurately.
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices in nursing procedures.
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior nursing staff.
  • Maintain a sterile and safe work environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Clinical specialty certification preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
