Job Description

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Help Desk Specialist to join our Durban team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve user hardware and software problems.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions for future reference.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and provide necessary training.
  • Work with team members to improve help desk processes and efficiency.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing issues and solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • IT diploma or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in technical support or customer service
