Job Description

Join our team as a Mica Machine Operator! In this role, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure the production of quality mica products. If you're detail-oriented and have a knack for technical skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines to produce mica products according to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products and raw materials.
• Document production information and assist with inventory count.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and initiating repairs.
• Work closely with Quality Control Inspectors to ensure compliance.
• Participate in safety audits and contribute to a culture of safety.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Technical certificate/diploma in a relevant field (advantageous)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

Languages
