Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive and experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead our service delivery team in Stellenbosch. In this role, you will oversee the IT support functions, ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining optimal service delivery operations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Management
  • Postgraduate studies in IT Management preferred
