Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design process from concept to final production.
• Perform failure analysis and propose engineering solutions.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Mentor team members on best practices in mechanical engineering.
• Support the development of project schedules and deliverables.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Participate in client meetings and present technical insights.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Contribute to the patenting and trademarking processes for new designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in design and development roles
