Job Description

We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate to join our dedicated team in Pietermaritzburg. The ideal candidate will oversee clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to collect and analyze data effectively. Your role will also involve preparing detailed reports and contributing to the development of new treatment protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of clinical trials.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.
• Coordinate with investigators and clinical staff to facilitate study protocol adherence.
• Collect, monitor, and report data accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct site visits to ensure protocol compliance and participant safety.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents and reports.
• Educate trial participants about study procedures and requirements.
• Assist in the development of study protocols and analysis plans.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including doctors, nurses, and data analysts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Clinical Research or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical trials or research setting
