Job Description

As a Clinical and Counseling Psychologist, you will provide comprehensive mental health services including assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention to diverse clients. You will collaborate with other professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose mental health conditions using evidence-based tools.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops and educational programs.
  • Manage crisis interventions and provide immediate support.
  • Advocate for clients’ mental health needs within the community.
  • Utilize supervision and peer support to enhance clinical practice.
  • Foster a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
  • Participate in quality assurance efforts to maintain high care standards.
  • Engage with community resources to promote public mental health awareness.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology
  • Doctorate preferred but not required
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in providing therapy and counseling
