Structural Engineer

Job Description

Join our team as an Environmental Engineer, focusing on delivering high-quality environmental assessments, and solutions to meet client needs. The successful candidate will actively engage with project teams and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and specify structural systems for a variety of projects.
• Conduct site visits and evaluations to assess structural conditions.
• Analyze and assess construction hazards and risks.
• Coordinate with architects and other engineers on design issues.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports for project submissions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support during construction to resolve issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide them with guidance on projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural design and analysis

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

• Team Player
• Time Management

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with building codes and regulations: Thorough understanding of local building codes and zoning regulations.
