As a Bone Worker, you will be responsible for crafting and repairing bone structures used in both medical settings and artistic creations. Your keen attention to detail and artistic proficiency will allow you to produce high-quality bone implants and prosthetics that meet precise specifications. We are looking for a dedicated artisan with a passion for craftsmanship and an understanding of the anatomical intricacies of bone.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software to draft designs for bone products.
• Assist in quality inspections of finished products.
• Engage in team discussions to brainstorm innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the development of new products and techniques.
• Perform maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Train and mentor junior staff on bone working techniques.
• Participate in customer consultations to understand their needs.
• Ensure all materials are sourced responsibly and sustainably.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote bone-related products.
• Document changes in processes and communicate them with the team.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in arts or design as a bonus

Experience

• An advantage to have worked in medical device manufacturing or similar fields
