Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage patient care requirements.
  • Support family members regarding patient care and progression.
  • Administer and educate patients on medications and therapies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care planning.
  • Document and maintain patient information accurately.
  • Stay current with best practices and healthcare regulations.
  • Provide high-quality nursing care and infection control practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and case discussions.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Nursing or relevant qualification
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
