Job Description

We are seeking a diligent HR Generalist to support our HR team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, all while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  • Implement employee onboarding procedures and training programs.
  • Ensure adherence to HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Support performance appraisal systems and provide necessary training.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and best practices.
  • Drive initiatives for employee engagement and retention.
  • Keep HR information systems updated and accurate.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives.
  • Assist in payroll and other HR related administrative tasks.

Requirements

Education
  • Human Resources Certification or similar qualification is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles
