Job Description

Join our team as a Help Desk Analyst, where you will play a key role in resolving technical problems and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with users to identify issues and provide solutions, ensuring a continuous positive user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for incoming support queries.
  • Provide support for diagnosing problems on desktop and laptop computers.
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions.
  • Solve technical issues related to printers and peripheral devices.
  • Assist in maintaining computer systems and network performance.
  • Ensure user satisfaction through effective communication and support.
  • Keep track of software licenses and hardware inventory.
  • Prepare reports on support requests and resolutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support
