Responsibilities

• Ensure the performance, availability, and scalability of our systems.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines that improve deployment speed and reliability.
• Troubleshoot issues with production environments.
• Work on cloud infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Create scripts to automate tasks to reduce downtime.
• Guide teams in adopting monitoring tools that support operations.
• Provide training and support for team members on reliability strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a site reliability engineering or similar role

Technical Skills

• Linux/Unix Systems Administration
• Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Scripting Languages (Python, Bash)

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Strong Communication

Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes): Knowledge of container orchestration and deployment tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab): Experience with continuous integration and deployment frameworks.
