Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Glazier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing glass for commercial applications, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Cut, shape, and install glass according to client needs.
• Install glasswork, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Repair damaged glass and offer effective solutions to clients.
• Work alongside project managers and other trades to complete projects on time.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Create detailed reports of work completed and material used.
• Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge in glass installation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe worksite.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation Certificate or equivalent
• Technical qualifications in glass installation preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of glass installation experience

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
