We are seeking a detail-oriented General Finance Officer to oversee financial operations and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and financial policies.
• Conduct variance analysis against the budget and forecasts.
• Manage payroll and accounts payable/receivable functions.
• Collaborate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projections.
• Assist in strategic financial planning and investments.
• Implement and ensure adherence to financial controls.
• Provide training and support to finance team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial management
