Job Description

The Engine Assembly Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing our engine assembly operations. This position requires strong leadership, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure that our products meet the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing a team of assemblers, monitoring production workflows, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Direct assembly operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality engines.
  • Train and mentor assembly workers, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Conduct audits of production processes to identify inefficiencies.
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture within the assembly team.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering and quality teams to maintain alignment on product specifications.
  • Facilitate weekly production meetings to review progress and address any challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices in assembly.
  • Utilize automated assembly tools and software to enhance production processes.
  • Prepare reports on production performance for senior management review.
  • Participate in team-building initiatives to strengthen collaboration.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience
  • 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing environment.
